Gerflor provide fast track refurbishment at Just for Pets with world class Creation 70 Connect LVT

The Just for Pets store in Telford Shropshire have a genuine desire to provide the best possible shopping experience for their customers and their pets. When the store needed a rapid solution to refurbish their existing front of house sales floor, they turned to international flooring specialist Gerflor to supply 300m2 of their loose lay Creation 70 Connect LVT flooring. As with most retailers the need to keep the ‘shop’ open during trading days is a real ‘must have’ when it comes to any form of renovation. Specifying this extremely resilient interlocking flooring tile from Gerflor ensured that the store didn’t have to close during the installation which was a major consideration in their final choice of floorcovering. In fact, the speed and ease of installation of the product overcame many of the usual challenges we experience when completing a retail project, especially with it being a live store environment.”

The ‘need for speed’ would be a crucial element of the retail refurbishment, together with a requirement for a high-quality installation by a dedicated team of fitters. The installation process was smooth, with five skilled fitters completing the task in three days, despite the need to move shop fittings during the process.
