North West based Guttermaster has made available a complete interactive suite of BIM level 2 objects and COBie files covering its rainwater systems, fascias and copings.

Used with project modelling software such as Revit, specifiers can rest assured that all the drainage elements within the project are where they should be, resulting in improved information handover and the delivery of consistent and structured asset information - a key BIM objective.
