Unrivalled 30 year roof coating protection a first at Synertec

Industrial units need ultimate protection for their walls and roofs that withstands the elements to keep properties secure. Introducing Advantage Graphene for roof coating

The roof cladding on this unit was deteriorating badly. The drone survey revealed the extent of the damage to the metal roof sheets, rooflights and gutters. Implementing replacement rooflights

As well as attending to the metal roof cladding, the building rooflights needed addressing. In this case, the rooflights needed replacing. This was a necessary step, rather than the preferable repair process, as the rooflights were too badly damaged to recover: safety needed to take priority.

Finally, debris and blockages were cleared from the roof guttering, which had caused a backlog of water damage due to poor drainage, and the guttering systems were relined using the WeatherFOLD system to allow them to work efficiently and offer long term protection.

Cladding refurbishment and protection

Following on from the roof, the rear elevation of the unit also required refurbishment. To target and fix the tired and worn cladding paintwork, the Rust-Oleum Noxyde® paint system was used to recoat the metal wall cladding, roller shutter doors and building trims. For an on-brand final touch, three different shades of the Noxyde® paint system were used. Two were applied to the wall cladding, and a third, a bold green, was chosen to the trims on the doors and the building itself. Colour matching to suit company branding is really important to achieve a high quality seamless finish.
