Oak Nature

Junckers has launched Oak Nature, a new plank floor made in solid oak that makes the most of the beauty of the natural world. With prominent colour variations and distinct grain patterns that occur naturally in the timber, Oak Nature is a lively and expressive floor.

Available in Oak, a floorboard with a warm, golden glow and an interesting grain structure, prefinished in a choice of ultra matt or silk matt lacquer; and Oak Nordic, a floorboard with a white-toned surface that adds a light Scandinavian touch to the floor, prefinished in ultra matt lacquer. The plank floorboards are 140 mm wide and 20.5 mm thick.

Oak Nature has a natural and authentic look with a wide spectrum of colour tones and variations between individual planks to give every floor a unique expression. Extensive areas with lighter tones of colour are prevalent along the grain pattern and in the sapwood.

In common with all Junckers’ floors, Oak Nature is ideal for use with underfloor heating. The floors are manufactured using a specially developed drying technique which renders them infinitely stable and tolerant of temperature variation. Installed with Junckers’ Clip System the floor can be floated over most modern underfloor heating systems where heating pipes are contained within a screed. Alternatively, the system can be placed between battens or joists with the floorboards fixed on top.
