Customers have hailed Ideal Heating’s new domestic monobloc heat pump as an impressive offering to the UK heating market.
Logic Air has been launched by the UK domestic and commercial market leader to provide reliable, efficient low carbon heating to homes across the country.
Paired with a best-in-class hot water cylinder and a room thermostat called Halo Air, the heat pump meets the highest European energy standard possible to achieve.
The first customers to see Logic Air on a recent launch roadshow of four football stadiums have praised the product for its design, performance and the world-class level of customer support which accompanies it.
Hamish Laird, a Servicing Manager at Wrexham County Borough Council, attended the roadshow event at Old Trafford in Manchester.
He said: “It’s a really impressive product in its own right and, when you couple it with the equally impressive Halo Air thermostat, it’s a smart package.
“At Wrexham County Borough Council we’ve been dealing with Ideal Heating from a gas boiler perspective for around eight to 10 years. Roughly 90 per cent of the boilers we use in our housing are Logic boilers.
“For the price you pay, what you get from Ideal Heating is a product which offers excellent value for money. They’re reliable, easy to install and we know if something does ever need fixing, it will get sorted quickly and properly.
“The after sales support is a massive factor – probably the most important thing when choosing a manufacturer – and Ideal Heating does that better than anyone in the industry.”
Logic Air was showcased to customers from the social and new-build housing sectors at a roadshow which visited Old Trafford in Manchester, St James’ Park in Newcastle, Elland Road in Leeds and The Hawthorns in West Bromwich.
During the roadshow around 400 guests had the chance to get up close to Logic Air and speak to experts from Ideal Heating to learn more about its specifications and capabilities.
They also heard presentations from senior Ideal Heating executives including Training Director Andrew Johnson, Product Director Lizzie Wilkinson, and Heat Pump Technical Manager Phil Scrafton.
Patrick Coleman, Managing Director at installation and maintenance specialist Sure Maintenance, was a guest at the Old Trafford roadshow event.
He said: “When you look at the efficiency of the product, the savings it could make for customers and the level of support and advice you get from Ideal Heating, Logic Air looks excellent. We’ve been really impressed with what we’ve seen.
“I’ve been dealing with Ideal Heating for over 20 years – they’re our preferred choice of manufacturer.
“In all the time I’ve dealt with the company, I’ve never found them to be anything other than professional, honest and open. Their customer service is excellent and it’s a brand and name you can trust.”
Accompanying Logic Air is a world-class level of customer support from Ideal Heating’s dedicated UK-based team.
Support is available to customers 364 days a year, including an in-house team of engineers specially trained to service heat pumps.
Phil Scrafton, Heat Pump Technical Manager at Ideal Heating, told the audience at Old Trafford that Logic Air incorporates 15 years of heat pump expertise at parent company Groupe Atlantic.
He said: “What you get with the Logic Air is a complete package of support from our experienced team which includes service engineers out on the road and our in-house UK support team.
“You’ll get 364-days-a-year support and a fast, efficient service which means if you do encounter any issues, you know they’ll be sorted and your heating will be back up and running with the least disruption possible.”
Logic Air will be on display at the Installer Show, taking place at the NEC in Birmingham, from June 27 to 29.
Visitors will be able to ask questions about the product and the wider support Ideal Heating offers to the heating industry.
Ideal Heating recently established a new National Training and Technology Centre in Hessle, East Yorkshire. The company is the only UK manufacturer with its own in-house F Gas training facility and the new centre has capacity to provide up to 5,000 installers every year with the skills and expertise needed to install heat pumps and become low carbon engineers.
