Dryvit UK has appointed an External Wall Insulation industry professional to support architects and specifiers in the north looking to understand more about the systems and how they can support their sustainable projects.
Tyrone Lawton, who has more than 13 years’ experience in the EWI industry, joins the CPG (UK) brand as Area Sales Manager, where he will cover the north of England and north Wales.
He is supported across the UK by fellow Area Sales Manager colleague Cayleigh Shanks, who covers the southern region. The Dryvit team is led by National Sales Manager Phillip Mattatia, who also covers Scotland.
Tyrone said: “CPG (UK) is investing heavily in the Dryvit brand and I am really looking forward to working with architects and specifiers to show how our insulated wall insulation and render systems can deliver significant benefits to new build and refurbishment projects.
“I am joining at an exciting time, with Dryvit’s focus on achieving industry-leading energy performance, safety and sustainability putting the brand in a great position.
“What’s been particularly interesting is the aesthetics offered too, such as the architectural Custom Brick finish system, which offers the look of brick, stone, slate and tile for vertical walls.
“Dryvit’s Speciality Finishes are also really exciting and bring a huge amount of choice for specification professionals to deliver all the benefits of EWI with a real emphasis on a quality look and feel that sets the pace in the industry.”
Careful attention has been paid to Dryvit’s Speciality Finishes, to offer architects and specifiers a wide degree of design freedom.
This includes a variety of colours and a choice of stunning finishes, including stone, Tuscan glaze, granite, brick and concrete.
Dryvit UK has launched a new website, www.dryvit.co.uk which includes detailed information on both these and the brand’s standard finishes.
It also includes technical information, tools, resources and other key data to help share information and inform users of the key environmental factors behind the brand’s high performance, insulated external wall insulation and render systems.
Dryvit UK has also recently produced a RIBA approved seminar to support specifiers. Other resources include early-stage technical assistance, NBS specifications, the undertaking of U value and condensation risk calculations, bespoke project detailing support, onsite technical support and the provision of samples for planning approval. New BBA certificates have also been achieved.
Dryvit UK’s systems are also engineered to cope with challenging wind loads, to comply with fire safety standards and to offer resistance to moisture and weather conditions.
Their performance is independently tested and certified and comes with the reassurance of warranties, to ensure peace of mind in the specification process.
