New technology pioneered by Eagle S.G & W Ltd

New technology pioneered by Eagle S.G & W Ltd with the product “GlasSpace” means that large sheets of glass can simply be ‘glued’ together using silicone, omitting the need for a supporting plastic or metal structure, Giving you an uninterrupted view in/out, in most cases also suitable for listed buildings. “GlasSpace’s unique system is so versatile you can have anything from a simple glass roof to ambitious multi-storey construction designed to integrate different floors of your home, increasingly popular option to bring light and space to basement rooms. Also the glass panels are set flush with each other giving a flat surface that’s much easier to clean than a traditional conservatory. While the temperature in old-style conservatories tend to veer from arctic in winter to tropical in summer, the light, contemporary “glasspaces” constructed meet all the latest heat efficiency regulations so won’t add to your energy costs. This is thanks to a layer of argon between the two sheets of glass that make up each unit, plus a special thermal coating, you can also add solar-control coating for very sunny places. The company manages the glass construction process from initial survey to final clean and will work in conjunction with your architect & builder.
