Megaflo commercial, is a new addition to our current range of Megaflo unvented water cylinders. They have been specifically designed for use in commercial and large residential projects.

Adaptable

Though primarily used in the domestic sector to provide mains pressure hot water for powerful showers and fast filling baths, unvented cylinders are also found in commercial applications. Examples include hotels, guest houses, hospitals, care homes, schools, universities, leisure centres, sports clubs, holiday parks, swimming pools and office blocks.

Whilst there are many commercial unvented cylinders on the market that are suitable for these type of projects, it is often difficult to compare products and find something that’s 100 per cent right. Therefore, decisions sometimes come down to availability and cost – often proving to be false economy.

Solution

Megaflo Commercial cylinders can deliver 90 litres per minute of hot water and can heat up to 2,500 litres in less than 60 minutes. With a lead time of just two weeks from order, Megaflo Commercial has 24 variants, some being compatible with renewable technologies, ensuring there is a model suitable for every conceivable application.

The Megaflo commercial range meets the recommendations of HSE document L8 giving extra protection against the risk of Legionella, by offering an optional de-stratification loop to ensure hot water is thoroughly circulated. This policy strongly advises that unvented cylinders should be serviced and cleaned periodically, Megaflo have designed 125mm inspection hatches especially for this purpose.
